If you are a NEW EMPLOYEE or a NEW STUDENT and DID NOT PURCHASE A DECAL LAST YEAR, you will need to contact the Parking Services Office PRIOR to going online to place your decal order. Call 662-915-7235 between 8am-5pm weekdays or email: parking@olemiss.edu so they can properly get you setup in the computer system.

Student ID numbers: On your UM ID you will notice that your ID number under your name starts with a '0'; when entering your ID number to order your decal, DO NOT enter this '0' that appears before the '1' on your ID card.

Employees: To enter your ID number properly for your decal order, your ID number must contain 8-digits. ID numbers with less than 8-numbers will involve zeros to the left of the actual number. Please make sure you first enter the necessary number of zeros before your actual ID number in order to constitute 8-digits.

Please be aware that during the month of August there is a large amount of activity on UPD's website due to many people processing their decal orders. In addition to this activity, the overall network traffic throughout campus greatly increases as faculty/staff and students use the University's network.

Please be patient. The pages of our online decal order format may take a minute or more to load. Also, you may wish to log on after-hours when the network traffic should be lighter.
